Sue Curtin grew up in Los Angeles and slowly made her way out east, first at Brigham Young University and then at the College of the Holy Cross.
Golf was a part of her life growing up, and she was the only girl on her high school team. As life became busy, Curtin drifted away from the game, but over the last decade she has jumped back into competitive golf and has found success.
As a senior women’s golfer, Curtin sees the need to bolster the women’s game for players of all ages. It’s come a long way since her days in high school, and she’s hoping to create more opportunities for women who want to compete, especially after they leave college and enter the life of a mid-amateur.
Curtin joined hosts Sean Melia and Jim McCabe on the latest edition of the On Course Podcast.
