The class of 2025 is now on the recruiting clock. This spring, summer and fall will prove vital for competitive golfers hoping to catch the eyes of college coaches.
With high school golf seasons spread between the spring and fall, these juniors have an opportunity to show how they can compete as a teammate while then showcasing their talent over the summer in state, regional and national events. The summer offers players a chance to separate from their competition. Longer tournaments that last two or three rounds give players a chance to demonstrate their scoring capabilities and their mental endurance.
Shorter events, like 9-hole high school matches and 18-hole tournaments, are good indicators, too. However, a player who can stand out in both the short and long formats is sure to pop off the page.
Here are 14 boys from the class of 2025 who have impressed thus far in both their high school and individual competitions.
