Mac Bredahl arrived at Tufts in 2018 with a plan to play lacrosse and golf for the Jumbos. The New Jersey native was a highly decorated lacrosse player winning the 2018 US Lacrosse N.J. Player of the Year. He was also a two-time US Lacrosse All-American and a two-time first team All-N.J. selection and holds the all-time scoring record for Chatham High School.
Now, the two-sport star at Tufts has put away his lacrosse stick and is taking advantage of extra eligibility on the golf course for the Boston College Eagles.
Bredahl came to golf a little bit later, picking it up a when his family joined Fairmont Country Club.
“Just before high school I started messing around with golf,” Bredahl said. “I fell in love with it right away as many people do.”
