It's been a big month for Aidan Emmerich.
First, there was the decision to enter the NCAA transfer portal after completing his freshman year at Michigan State.
That decision followed a year in Lansing, Mich., where Emmerich (Swampscott, Mass.) found himself on the outside looking in on the Spartans' already-mature five-man traveling squad rotation, particularly after the transfer from UNC Wilmington stalwart Drew Hackett, a player who would go on to post a Michigan State team-best stroke average of 71.86 over 35 rounds.
Then there was a win at the Hornblower.
Now Emmerich has nailed down his college choice for the next three years.
